Óscar Scafa empezó aprendiendo el oficio en una escuela taller, pero a los pocos meses inició su carrera en solitario, aprendiendo un poco de cada compañero, y continuando su formación de forma autodidacta.
TRABAJOS DESTACADOS
Uno de sus trabajos más destacados es la rehabilitación del Palacio de los Riba Herrera en Santander, donde hubo que reproducir diferentes piezas deterioradas, así como un arco renacentista en esquina.
