APRENDIZAJE

Felipe siempre ha trabajado la piedra, ejerciendo como albañil durante muchos años, pues es el material más utilizado en la construcción tradicional de la zona. Sin embargo, no fue hasta más tarde cuando comenzó a formarse como cantero en la Escuela Taller de Medina de Pomar, Burgos (1996-1998), con los maestros Miguel Sobrino y Julio Peña. Desde entonces continuó aprendiendo el oficio de la piedra de forma autodidacta y con otros cursos de cantería tradicional, como los realizados en el monasterio de Santa María de Rioseco en los años 2016 y 2018.
