Este artesano proviene de una familia dedicada desde hace varias generaciones al oficio de la cantería y la labra de piedra, especialmente en granito. Su aprendizaje, por tanto, se realizó a través de su padre y otros familiares. Sus hijos, además, continúan con el oficio.
