APRENDIZAJE

Su conocimiento ha sido transmitido de generación en generación: fue Ricardo Llorença (la primera generación) quien enseñó a Emilio Mossegat (segunda generación) para terminar transmitiendo a la generación actual esta técnica.
TRABAJOS DESTACADOS
Han realizado un gran número de intervenciones en edificaciones privadas, así como en la construcción y reconstrucción de márgenes de piedra en seco, entre los que destacan principalmente los trabajos en el Camino Viejo de Ontinyent-Bocairent, la construcción de un pozo en Alcoy y la rehabilitación de unos hornos de cal en Llutxent. En su curriculum también cuentan con el trabajo realizado en las bodegas de Saint Émilion Grand Cru, en Sant Christophe des Bardes (Francia).
