APRENDIZAJE

Comienza su aprendizaje en el arte vitral en 1977, realizando tallas, espejos biselados y cristales de forma manual. Siete años más tarde se traslada a Barcelona para adquirir los conocimientos que le permiten dominar los grabados al ácido y con chorro de arena. Posteriormente realiza diversos cursos en Alemania e Italia para perfeccionar la técnica de la fusión del vidrio. De vuelta en España, adquiere el dominio sobre la pintura al fuego de la mano de José Costas.
TRABAJOS DESTACADOS
Entre sus obras más destacadas cabe señalar las vidrieras del Monasterio de Santo Toribio de Liébana, y las restauraciones de las vidrieras de la Iglesia de la Asunción de Torrelavega, del Palacio de la Magdalena, de la Agencia Tributaria de Santander, del Paraninfo de la Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, en su sede en Comillas, y las vidrieras instaladas en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Palma de Mallorca.
